those requiring care often need more. Again, Integracare is there to
help.
We view
care as more than providing caregivers. We are able to assist in
many ways.

Integracare nursing coordinators are Registered Nurses.
We provide nursing visits as a matter of course in Case Management and
to perform nursing services.

sell assistive devices (walkers, bath seats, commodes,
wheel chairs, electric hospital beds and other items by special
request.)

Integracare rents assistive devices for a short or indefinite period
of time.

We
provide a wide range of non-prescription pharmacy supplies
(e.g., incontinent pads, dressings and diabetic supplies.)

Integracare arranges and manages taxi accounts on your behalf to give
you mobility and reduce dependence on family and the ongoing costs of
car ownership.

We
have cleaning teams who can take on
carpet cleaning
or major cleaning challenges.

If
required, Integracare can assess and make suggestions for home
modifications.

have trusted and qualified tradesmen to help you maintain your home
(e.g., electricians, plumbers, handymen, carpenters and more.)

those who need nursing care, Integracare is there to resolve problems
and maintain quality of life.
